Hey all
These are such great images. Made me think about the kinds of botanical drawings my father used to draw when he was studying (and beyond) at Sydney Uni to be a vet. There is something about the history of 'objectivity' that line drawings bring to the table ... the tension between the accuracy of the human representation, and the 'de-humanising' (not the right word) aspect of them. I am thinking here of the something like the original "Joy of Sex" book - with it's line drawings – that enabled it to be published. These are not real people doing this!

I wondered about these sketches being built into Pete's labelling systems, or perhaps they might be projected over the top of you ... ??
